If i pulled the gun like that with out RP'ing it i would say yes.
but i did RP it and as i said i was wearing tactical gear which would make it easy to hide an shorty in game or IRL.
and it would be natural for guy with tactical gear to hold shorty

and also since he doesnt have Evidence and you will have to check the logs you could also see how he was breaking FearRP and not following my orders under gun point and how he was punshing me when i was holding the shorty
