Summary: I responded to an assistance call from a Deputy. Capt. Medhurst ( @FarmerSean ) and I responded and found the accused in the ice room of Izzies with a pistol. A shootout occurred and both myself and the accused were injured. EMS responded and healed us both at which time the accused was placed in handcuffs and a warrant was issued. At that time the accused disconnected and immediately reconnected.

I was there at that point as an officer and want to point out that the only reason i even went over there was because @BenjaminLinus was sitting around the corner at Izzies Palace and randomly shooting at mainstreet at citizens, for no reason at all.
