Summary: Disconnect to avoid RP.

I went into a pursuit after Reported Pearson [He was mechanic at this time] after he hit into my car. Then he started fleeing. After the whole pursuit i attempted to arrest him. Firstly he started breaking FearRP (walking away from tazer/weapon) [Sadly I have no video for that]. Then he decided to leave before I even arrested him (So D/C to avoid RP).
