Explain your suggestion, in detail: Allow staff and teachers use /it's that are directed at a certain player for mini-events and events

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:

This would enhance staff's and teacher's ability to give status changes to certain players. Such as a certain mental changes.
This could also be a rep unlock but I was concerned about possible abuse.

Don't see the downside to this, it'll just help enhance RP further which is always a good thing.
