Summary: The player was talking about contraband so I asked him if he said that he had contraband. He continued talking in broken English and Russian and walked away. I told him to stop moving, while having a gun in my hand (not pointed). He then got into his car and drove away while under gunpoint. After he got into his car, I spiked his wheels and followed him, after which he ran me over and punched me to death.
