Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Delete the Audi RS4 Avant and refund any owners of it.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
The RS4 currently accounts for 0.25% (a quarter of a percent) of vehicle use, it's basically unused.
Reduces unused content, either reducing load times, client memory use or opening up space for different vehicles / content.

As far as I am aware there is a suggestion approved to replace the Audi with a high-quality BMW model from TDM.
