Summary: Montyfatcat was calling in false information & lying in the Police Radio, he said I was speeding down Mainstreet over 100mph when I was standing & talking in a traffic stop. I then confronted him & walked up to him to talk about it. I asked him to step out of the vehicle so I could cuff him & demote him (I had my weapon out.) he hopped out and then when I switched from my AR to cuffs, he pulled out his shotgun & shot me down.

Alright I admit breaking FearRP, but it's because bob had spent the entirety of my time online abusing the fact that he is chief to insta-warrant people with little to no RP. It was a dumb mistake I know but I was annoyed and he had already shown some pretty clear signs of corruption beforehand (i.e Arresting people without letting them argue their case, going straight for arresting an officer instead of threatening for demotion etc) and due to the lack of staff and me not recording, I wasn't able to do anything else.

Again, I'll take the punishment, but I advise you watch out because bob even said in OOC that he was "giving back what he had experienced" which to me says he's purposely RPing poorly.

First of all, no. I was not corrupt. I was just playing as a police like everyone else does on this server. They cuff you, warrant & then arrest you without talking. So I'm doing the same. You also said," insta-warrant people with little to no RP. " I was warranting people that was breaking the law, what's wrong with that? And no, I did not RP properly or talk to them butmost of the time when I get arrested no one does that, so I see no problem with that.
Just because I arrest someone without talking to them does not mean I'm corrupt.

It was your car, so it's reasonable to immediate believe it may have you been driving. He might not have been aware you were in a traffic stop for example.

Regardless, the teamkill and RDM isn't permitted. It's clear that FearRP and 11.4 have been violated here.

As a result, accused will receive a two day suspension for the above offences.
