Explain your suggestion, in detail: Update the Amber Cherokee (and B/R for a small fix)
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: There are now a few vehicles for the added ELS with lightbars, so I thought why not update the amber version with a lightbar how I intentionally intended it to be. The Lightbar is a equipment option and the vehicle spawns without it.

(I still have the code so everything is already done for the cherokee)

I think all vehicles should have lightbars with the amber lights.
