Summary: Quite litteraly just booted on the server, first i got shot wich i was just caught in crossfire wich is fully understandable, but then i moved back and just got randomly gunned down by said gentleman, i was in no way armed or anyhow involved, i just joined and this is all i saw, people around been saying hes been randomly killing people, wich for a player with 3 REP points is something that should not be done by any circusmtance.

I understand this was a mistake, and I own that, but this is something that anyone could have made in such an intense situation. You were standing right in the middle of two or three active gunfights. As much as I own my mistake for killing you instead of the right guy, you should also own the fact that you were in an extremely dangerous situation where this was bound to happen.


I am sorry that this happened, but I also do not think I should be banned. This was an honest mistake anyone could have made in such a situation where you're dramatically outnumbered, outgunned, and backed up into a corner. There was no malice in my actions or intentions.

right you were in a shootout with 3 men in black tuxedos with thomsons, and suddenly a citizen that has litteraly nothing in hand appears infront of you, and instead of few miss shots, you make sure to outright down me, as seen in the video you had plenty of reaction time to see a man unarmed standing still, if you have your view of the situation recorded please post it as the "chaotic shootout" would deffinetly not be anything to do with 3 second ads time on a civ

Just adding, You need to understand that you were in fact, in violation of FearRP and FailRP by failing to fear for your life and fleeing the scene of an active shootout. Instead of taking cover, you decide to stand there as if you are clueless to the dangers present in that area. Your actions, which involved staying within several feet of the gunfight, led to the consequences that inevitably led to your death and ultimately only you yourself are to blame. You didn't back away from the gunfight, but rather continued to approach it as seen in the video. While the death of your character may have been unintentional, it wasn't random.

Its quite clear in the video that i got shot about twice far away from nexus, i backed out, you popped out from the alleway, sprayed me down, then THEN someone ran to you with a tommy gun, dont try to flip the card here as i quite litteraly joined the server right before i got gunned down 10 seconds after that, i did back out from the shooting as its clearly seen on the video, wich was just me caught in a gunfight i had nothing to do and the attacker clearly didnt aim for me at all, you right now you just admited that you gunned down a fearrp obedient player as i didnt have any visible weaponry pulled out, you didnt order me to do anything, you just ran out of the alleyway, gunned me down, thus luring the ACCTUAL attackers wich you knew who were and then got killed yourself, and as far as my knowledge goes, you cannot shoot an unarmed person under fearrp with no orders and no involment with any of your actions.
