Explain your suggestion, in detail: Give SWAT the ability to equip the M203 grenade launcher and use baton and stun rounds.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: The M203 doesn't fit the SSA role thus it should never have been given to the SSAs.

The HK416 has a grenade launcher attachment that can only be used by Secret Service.

It can equip multiple rounds for various situations. 
  • Buckshot (Shotgun)
  • Baton (Rubber Bullet)
  • Smoke Grenade
  • Flashbang Grenade
These are, in my opinion, better suited for an attack role, like SWAT, rather than the Secret Service, who are mainly focused on defending the Government.

But hey, why not both?

They belong to the Special Weapons and Tactics unit, not the Secret Service who are usually meant to be bodyguards rather than a tactical response team (IG at least. IRL they do have a sort of SWAT team)
