Description: It is basically not possible to search people anymore (at least for most people). No matter whether the person has their hands up or is cuffed, once you try to search them you get the Error Message saying "Target must use /handsup or be cuffed.".



Bug observed since: Since the "/handsup = able to search" update is live

Images/Screenshots: Do not think this is required, you are just not allowed to search people (Error Message).

Steps to Reproduce: Cuff a person and try to search, it will most likely not work. Same with the person having their hands up.
