So this is linked to my last case (https://limelightgaming.net/forums/threa...#pid280894) as it was denied without me being able to respond and plenty of false information was assumed about me.

First of all, I did not return from when I left as I had to go out out and run some errands and by the time I got back it had been 2 hours so I thought it was pointless joining back at that point.

-I did not claim they were my friends, eagle is someone who I actually hate because he constantly breaks rules, and LikeCollin I like him OOC but not IC, so right there is lies by them.
-The reason I thought this was RDM as me fighting them I don't think was a valid reason to kill me. 
-Apparently I initiated the fight by punching first but when I was near the AMPM they were swinging first, I thought they hit me but I guess not, I ran off and they followed me to across the road, If you have the video you could see this, 
-Collin was a random person following us contantly, why I didn't call the police, A) they have not committed a crime by following us even if we ask them to go away. B) I'm pretty sure there was not police online at the time.
-When you picked me up I didn't say he started the fight I said that he killed me in a fight.
-The fact that they followed us with no reason to it and when asked they ignored us, even when we put our vehicle away they were there staring at us and even when we threatened them to back away they stood there staring.
-The person Pilot claimed I tried to get involved was my friend ic Blade who I was asking to help, if you saw me running there you could clearly see them 2 following me and they heard me say I need help and continued to follow so they knew I was feeling threatened.
-The fight with Eagle was initiated before I hit him, he was following Collin and swinging too.

I have however spoken to both members of staff involved and they've both reiterated the situation to me, and I agree with their verdict 100%. You instigated a fight with someone by asking if they wanted to, and I quote, "fucking go mate" and then the other person who I believe was TheEagle inevitably began to fight with you, and then you decided to try and report this to staff. Not to mention the prior incidents of punchwhoring.

Had Wesley not investigated this properly, this could have very easily led up to a punishment for TheEagle which obviously wouldn't have been fair, which is why the punishment is standing.
