Weed is probably the best way to make money on the server at the moment. It's not expensive and it's profiting. This guide will teach all new players on how to grow weed and tips to make it easier. 

1a. How to grow weed?
To start growing weed, you first need to have pots and weed seeds. You must go to F1>Inventory>Black Market and press "Use" on the pots and seeds. Seeds must go on top of the pots so they're planted. The pots and seeds can be bought by a Black Market Dealer. If there's not any online, you can become one and grow your own weed. Remember, you cannot lock yourself in a room as a Dealer, you must still do your job and provide a service for the city. If you already have pots and seeds, before planting them, make sure you have the appropriate job title.

2a. How long does it take for them to grow?
Each phase takes 3 minutes. All pots have 7 phases in total. That means it takes 21 minutes for one pot to fully grow. Once they're fully grown, a shimmer around them will appear while looking at the pots, that means they can be picked up (use E) and ready to sell. After picking them up, you'll have to plant seeds inside the pots again so the other cycles start. 

3a. Where can I sell them?
Weed can be sold behind the apartments, on the left, at Backstreet Apartments. There's a dealer standing there, press E on him and put the amount of weed you wish to sell, then press Enter and click on "deal".

4a. What is the profit?
One weed is sold for $500. After the first cycle, each pot gives 5 weed. So if you have 5 pots, after the first cycle you get $12,500. However, this changes with time.

5a. Cycles
Weed stacks up after each cycle. When you begin the second cycle, your pots will give out 6 weed each, and so on, meaning your profit will get even bigger. Without an UV Light the maximum yield is 10 weed per pot. 

UV Light 

1b. What is the UV Light?

The UV Light is a Black Market item which is used to increase the yield and profit. It costs $25,000 on the Market and can only be purchased by a Black Market Dealer. 

2b. What does it do?

Without the UV Light, the maximum yield is 10 weed per pot, with the light the maximum is 15. The UV Light also increases the yield by 2 each cycle, so you begin with 5 weed per pot, then 7 and so on. 

3b. The risks of having a UV light. 

The light warms up with time. After about 7 minutes, the light becomes warm, and that is around the 3rd-4th phase of the weed. 7 minutes later, the light becomes hot and in a few minutes it explodes and causes a huge fire which spreads. To check the heat of the UV Light, click SHIFT+E while looking at it (don't hold, otherwise it will go in your inventory). 

Tips 

1c. Don't tell anyone you're doing weed, unless it's someone you trust. If someone has proof you're growing weed, you can get raided. 

2c. Don't use UV Light if you're not willing to stay close to your pots from time to time. If you're doing something else while growing weed, such as fishing, cutting wood, etc. it's too risky to use a UV light as it's also quite expensive to replace if it explodes. 

3c. Ask other players if they're willing to place down pots for you in return for money, that will get you a lot of profit if you're willing to grow weed for several hours. 

4c. RP wisely and make sure you don't come off as suspicious, especially to cops.
