Summary: Both as police officers, PanicAtTheDisco as the cheif, were CDM'ing people. Now mine and another officers CDM were not caught on camera, however I will describe what happened off of camera! So I saw an officer lying on the ground injured. I started to perform a defibrilator/CPR rp when then decided to run me over. I then start recording. My friend Ollie ic asks them to get out of the vehicle under gun point as shown on video. They ran him over. Over discord we managed to get their names as we watned to make sure we report the correct people. Not only this they then ran over a mechanic, I do not know who this was, and then proceeded to continue to try and kill us. As shown in the two videos!

According to video evidence and logs I can't prove ItzFrank to have done any CDM. However, seeing his malicious intentions by punching dead officer's bodies I'll hand out a 3 hour police blacklist.

PanicAtTheGreenBlink CDMed multiple people as it can be seen both on video and in the logs.
Due to his priors he will recieve a 6 hour police, a 6 hour vehicle blacklist and a week suspension.
