Summary: The player all night was fail rp'ing, meta gaming etc. Basically he was not following the rules and was obviously just there to annoy me and the other officer just because nobody was online. In the video he didn't listen to BigHeck's attempt to get him out of the car and he kept spamming himself back into the car which meant I had to taze him at the right time. To make things worse he disconnected to avoid punishment and joined back but didn't come back to receive punishment but chose to prop push and carry on minging. He was warned earlier on, only a couple hours before, by @Apollo and kept disconnecting and reconnecting to prop push and carry on minging.

Thank you for the input. The rope spamming was done by another individual who has recieved a ban. As for the accused he will be suspended for 2 months for Fear RP, D/C to avoid RP, and proppushing/attempted propkilling.
