Summary: Was arresting this guy because he had run into FD and was attacking, as soon as I got the cuffs on him and sent in the warrant he disconnected then immediately reconnected.

There was also a guy in OOC saying he was propkilling - I've asked that guy to post in this PR as a reply, but I'm not sure if he will or not (I didn't witness prop pushing). End of the day, guy doesn't look like he's here to RP either way, just look at his IC name.
