Based on their priors the accused will recieve a 2 day suspension along with a blacklist for both Mechanic and Weapons for 4 hours.

@IsThisaNewFLRP?‍ - Do not shoot the vehicle straight away just because it's fleeing, if the suspect is not confirmed to be highly dangerous or armed.
