Time for rain ASMR. Love the indoor sound/outdoor sound feature. While there are a lot of optimization options I am still a bit concerned about it though, surely it still has an impact all the way turned down?

Of course, it has an impact.

Anything added to the server has an impact on it. Especially one as intensive as this one. This is something that LITERALLY effects and is visible around the map at all times. If you don't want it, turn StormFox off.
