Description: No matter the button press or the mouse clicks you try, you can't place a vehicle tracker on any vehicle at all. (Thank you to @Zaidplays‍ and @pufitee‍ for confirming this is the case with them too!)
Bug observed since: 02/05/19

Steps to Reproduce: Simply try to place a vehicle tracker on any vehicle you own or any you don't, neither work.
