Summary: He was a Black Market Dealer at the time of which we came to raid him. We raided because we heard machine weapons being loaded and he was pocking them through the fence. When we went in and he open fired as a BMD.

Dan was already punished by Stell for exploiting game mechanics.

It's hard to call it propblock since I can't see the other side of the door, which might have been propblocked too (which is allowed given the room isn't in use).

A 2 hour blacklist from Weapons and Contraband will be applied for violation of 3.1/3.7/3.7a. It should also be noted to the player that a base with walls that high aren't allowed, and shouldn't be used.
