Firstly, as far as i know a thug cannot steal vehicles such as government vehicles (which you have tried to do so at 3 points earlier) secondly, your vehicle was spiked to stop you driving off with it and allow other officers to catch up with you, as far as i know i have not heard about a rule against spiking vehicles, anyways thats all form me at this moment in time.

Why did you spikestrip the vehicle without any need? No pursuit was going on, so I'm not sure I'm seeing the relevance of your statement.

If you were planning to impound it, you could have thrown a vehicle clamp on it.

I was speaking with XMAXX the other person in the video and he said he had no clamp and the next best thing was to spike it

				Approved.

I don't agree with that whatsoever. You were outside of Police Department, you could have very easily popped inside, quickly grabbed a clamp, clamped it and went back inside for the spike strip. Just because you either don't want to walk to the armoury that's less than a minute's walk away or whatever, doesn't entitle you to use a spike strip to fully disable the vehicle, delete it then walk away.

A 2 day suspension and 2 and a half hour Police blacklist will be issued for FailRP and invalid use of police utility.
