Summary: I was crossing the road and saw pufitee was driving very fast so as he stopped I told him to slow down then he intentionally ran me over.

no fam i took a spoon full of my cereal while i looked away and you decided to RUN INFRONT OF MY CAR 

i started going while LOOKING AWAY thats when i turned back round and it was too late.

Whilst the video title isn't appropriate, and shouldn't be named in an offensive fashion in future, I'm not willing to issue a punishment for that. As for the CDM, I find it to be accidental.

It's not Puf's fault that you decided it'd be appropriate to run in front of a car known to be moving very fast, to tell it to slow down. Looking at Puf's video, his third person mode was active and was shifted to the point he couldn't see you. You made no movements which would indicate you were uncertain in where you were going, so he tried to move and striked you because you ran in front of him. That's more your fault than anything.

Next time, don't go running in front of vehicles to tell them to slow down.
