Server [Truenorth/Florida/EU Build/US Build/Event]: Truenorth 
Map (if not default): Default
Description: President can't spawn in Police Laptop however can use the command (/policed) to access it. 
Bug observed since: 27/05/2019 @ 14:42
Images/Screenshots: None.
Steps to Reproduce: Join as President and attempt to spawn a Police laptop.
