(i am unaware at what time this happened) (It was on the 09/03/19 which was yesterday)

Pretty much I heard some noise outside of the wall I had built around the PD, I go to the top of the wall to have a look at what's going on and I see Bubble Bass placing props I waited for about 10-20 seconds to see what he was doing, he placed a C then he placed an O and then he was going to place another C and it doesn't take a genius to see that he was going to place in letters COCK on the front of the PD wall so I tazed him, he then DC'es and Reconnects to avoid RP/arrest as seen in the video
