Summary: I was collecting a spike strip from a previous pursuit, when he came along and ran me over. I assumed it was lag and just asked to call EMS Which he should do anyway. Instead he reverses, then continues without doing anything. After this he argued in OOC that it wasn't his fault.

I have not seen you typing to call the EMS. I told you it was a lag spike then it ended up in rather an insulting session then solving the problem. Anything I can do is apology, sorry.

I cannot prove it was intentional or not, however for future reference please either call staff via @ that you ran someone over, or call EMS with /911 and specify a location. You didn't do any one of those.

Since it's your first CDM offence I'll leave it with a permanent warning. Please be more careful.
