Server [Rockford/Build/Event]: Live
Map (if not default): Truenorth
Description: Every plate is displaying Rockford (Standard season plates, REP 1 and REP 2 plates too)
Bug observed since: Truenorth server launch.

I don't have the PSDs, so they might have to be remade to be more generic.

Not worth the time to replace in the content packs. Rockford could be an issuing city for the plates.
