Description: cannot exit out of the rdm manager when someone reports you. i have to close out of my game and re open it to get the manager out of the screen
Bug observed since: like a month ago
Images/Screenshots: N/a
Steps to Reproduce: kill someone, get reported via rdm manager, and then die so the rdm gets up
