Description: When using the Gag, it should gag someone and prevent them from typing or speaking at all, however if you place a gag on someone now, they are still able to type and speak freely as if they weren't gaged
Bug observed since: the past 2-3 days i believe

Steps to Reproduce: Gag someone and they will be able to speak and type freely
