I was Swat at the time. From what I could see these guys got into about 3 major shootouts in 30 minutes. All for no reason. The last one they started a gunfight to 'get their warrant removed'. They were looking for just about any excuse to get into a huge gunfight.

i pulled out a gun to check how much ammo i had and then noticed soupreme was looking straight at me so we got in a shootout, second shootout happened inside of our house, swat knocked on the door, i was going up to check it out but they had already breached so i went back inside and we started shooting them

So on the first situation ICEKILLER_99 (bernie) was warranted and cops knew that, the cop that put spikes infront of us was a staff member that spoke to us a bit later about the situation, once spikes were placed a cop came behind us and then the cop infront started to pull his gun out so me and ICEKILLER before the cop could have us under fearrp we pulled our guns and shot the cops, Also about the healing i didn't know that at the time as i joined 2 days ago im sorry about that and I now know thats not allowed. Second situation i still didn't know that it wasen't allowed and ICEKILLER was still warranted and cops followed us to our property to the point where they started to raid so we killed them all etc. After all of this soupreme the staff member came to us and spoke to us, he helped us fix our base and also told us about the first situation we could of done some talking before shooting but it was okay. So the cops are going to pull you over for. GTA maybe? (I'm not sure what the warrent was for, but the officer seemed to be saying that)  You can hear him calling for additionals, which is fair enough. So you hop out and murder every cop in sight, executing two that are on the floor? Seems like a bit of an over reaction to me, for a possible GTA Personally.
Also, the cop did swap from his spike strip to his shotgun a few moments before you drew your weapon, but the time is so insignificant no one could really respond to be fair. I would make comment about cutting the video before you executed the two downed officers, but that's shown on mine so its not that important to re-cover the ground.

Your job name is crime buds - big bud, so i suppose that links to the story of "Were crinimals" but even so, no attempt to roleplay was done at all. You just jumped out

executing downed officers is allowed, why wouldnt it be? we hopped out and shot every officer because we had a BOLO on us for murdering officers.

You can heal people in combat. You cannot enter life threatening situations as paramedic. In this case, the life threatening situation came to you.

FearRP puts you under no obligation to RP quickly (in terms of healing someone - don't quote this when you do /me every little thing for getting out of a car at gunpoint). They were shot - not something that gets blooped away in a few seconds. You can bandage them or do whatever paramedics do to treat a bullet injury before sending them to a hospital. You can RP going back to the ambulance to get supplies to heal them.

I'd say second shootout is valid. Where did you pull out your gun? Not gonna lie, that's a pretty bold move if you were in the city. Go into a bathroom or a room if you really need to pull out your gun. Given your history, it looks like cop baiting.

Conclusion for incident two:
Falloutzocker (not named, had to find him in logs) should not have shot you (he was the one who shot from car).
megazocker should not have killed you.
