May 15th, 1982. Clarke was born. As a small child, Clarke got put up for adoption as his biological parents were very abusive, Clarke soon got adopted by an family whom brought him up until he was 21 years of age. Miller always had flashbacks about what his biological parents did to him and set his task to track them down and brutally murder them. Well... Clarke soon found them and brought justice to them, with the crime being un-noticed. This was when Tyler started his criminal rampage.Miller later moved over to the United States, Rockford to be exact and started his crime spree there.

Tyler was hard at work, shooting cops up because they decided to hit his car. After Clarkes RDM spree he was met by Raylan who recruited Clarke into the Givens Family. Clarke worked as an enforcer for the family until he took some time behind bars because he helped a fellow family member in a shootout by going full speed over a cop. Clarke served a full 9 months in jail. Tyler is now in the high rankings of the Givens Family, ready to fuck more people up.
