Description: License plate is in the wrong location. It should be located on the left underneath the taillight.
Bug observed since: 1/11/19 but most likely since implementation

@Monkey Limelight doesn't use L2 plates, and it uses a different data structure to store its data. Thanks for the sarcasm though, it's appreciated.
