Good evening,

It comes with my deepest regrets that I must inform you of the passing of our Deputy Director, Katherine Moore.

Ms. Moore died on route to Mercy hospital after suffering a fatal gunshot wound. She and her husband were attacked by two armed combatants weilding automatic weapons. It is unknown if the attack was plan, or if there was a motive behind the attack. I understand this will come as shock to you all, however I trust you will do everything you can to bring those responsible to justice.

I will temporarily be transferring Assistant Deputy Director John Barstow from the Dallas field office to take command, due to Agent Moore's extra responbilities of directing all West Coast operations.

A state funeral will be held on Sunday 13th January at 5pm GMT. Members of the public are free to attend.
