So since yesterday, i made a update which i had to download workshop content. Since that, i cant play gmod. First, when i was joining, it was loading the addons for hours, now that i removed the addons i just gets stuck in the blue screen on gmod. Help.

Try deleting all the addons in the addons folder on File Explorer first if you haven't done so already and then load gmod.

Also check the integrity of your game through the game's steam properties. While updating or editing, files can become corrupt and break the game.

Thanks everyone it worked. I had a lot of addons in the stram file, around 49 GB of addons, a lot of them i dind t even use. Before that i checked the game files. I am now joining the server. Thanks!
