Map (if not default): Rockford_v2b
Description: Straight to the point, when you change the SWAT vehicle livery to "blank" or "Swat" , it just goes white , i guess it makes sense if you set it to blank but it does not at all when you set it to swat only to get a white skin. It can either be that both liveries give you the "blank" template, or just that the SWAT skin is broken? Or the livery system for the tahoe is broken? I dont know

Steps to Reproduce: Spawn a swat tahoe, change the vehicle livery to blank and try setting it back to SWAT/ Select any skin and itll set the vehicle to white
