Summary: The user spammed notes in order to prevent us from rushing him. He made a jailbreak and waited behind the door with a shotgun. It was difficult to move on those notes and I got stuck and bugged on them multiple times.

Either if it wasn't intentional to get the police stuck, it's still misusing the notes tool.

I'll be issuing a warning from now on, please don't do it again!

So after a discussion with some admino's, we've decided to include these specific factors. Your playtime and warning record.

With the hours you have, I think it would make sense that using notes in that way is intentionally used to block the police.

Your warning will be removed and replaced with a ban from the server for 2 days for misusing the note tool to gain an unfair advantage other others.
