Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: The current tommy gun is super underwhelming. Would love to go around as Corleone with a vendetta gating a family down during a picnic.

My only issue with current tommy is that its restricted by rep lock as well as corleone lock

I feel like the tommy could use an update, though I've managed to fix most of the broken issues with the current, save for the lowering which isn't a clientside issue.
