Summary: I was casually fishing when I got tranqed randomly by the man driving the RV. Shortly after getting tranqed he proceeded to ram my Nissan GTR that was parked on the bridge into the Lake. I also woke up at the same time which resulted in me getting ran over by him.

I had no prior interaction with the player to my knowledge and don't see any reason why he would have done this.

Timeline:
2:43 -> 2:51 : You can see the accused exiting the RV then bringing out an tranq, pointing it at me.
3:15 -> 3:30 : What looks like the same guy now goes back to the RV, uses it to ram my car and drive over me.

The steamID of the accused was confirmed with help of @Bambo.
