Summary: FailRP + 12.1 (Raid Rules) violation

Luvbunny raided me with some other dudes with the job title "Citizen" which is a 12.1 violation as you are not supposed to use the job title "Citizen" in a raid. "You need to have an appropriate underground job set via /job before raiding anyone – don’t raid as the default “Citizen” job without using /job first."

If i may explain:

While your dictatorship started to escalate (you were ordering your SSA to arrest and point guns at officers) (which for you didnt have dictatorship permissions in the first place) you demoted me, even tho a fight situation was still going on at this time. You were also starting to demote other officers which didnt obey your rules you would normally require dictatorship permissions for. I was injured during a combat one of the SSA agents started.

I was revived on the spot. As i was in imidiate action, and quite some citizens started to spontainously arm themselves in order to stop the violent dictatorship, i unfortunately didnt have the time to change my jobtitle to something appropriate. The RP situation itself didnt stop at that point, i didnt use my job to raid you, i was put in it, and i didnt have any chance to change that title as i wasnt given the oppertunity.

I also fail to see a connection to the jobtitle to that roleplay situation being unrealistic as you singlehandedly put me into it.

We went up the elevator where we were greeted by gunfire. In order to protect ourselves from that immidiate danger we opened the fire on the agent.

We found the president, put him in cuffs and brought him to the courtroom.

I myself died in the elevator. The dictator was then executed.

As stated above i did all the things i could to prevent any kind of conflict by attending the peacefull protest. The prior chief of police seeked personal contact to the president to desescalate the situation - he didnt followed any invitation - or instantly left the scene quickly afterwards. My actions were necessary to stop the violently growing dictatorship.

I believe that Kurdayeti violated following rules during his time as a dictator:
11.8 - Beind a dictator without administrative permission.
3.4 - Powergaming: Demoting police officers while he had no power (every government worker but him were protesting) and setting up laws designed to just get others kicked off the job. I believe this is due to prior arrest that were conducted on him.
3.3 - FailRP: Constantly saying things like "I have screenshots" or "This is FailRP" or "You cant do that".
3.3 - FailRP: Acting like a person with godlike powers while he had not a single government official not protesting that could possibly enforce it.
3.3 - FailRP: Calling lockdowns without anyone being there to enforce it.
3.4 - Powergaming: Setting the taxes to 20% because "some protester was playing the piano"

Luvbunny was demoted on the spot as the then current police chief (Being discussed in the other PR on Kurdayeti) The citizens started arming themselves cause this "president" (Really a dictator in how he talked to people and acted) did nothing but fuel the fire of what was a peaceful protests for at the very least an hour/hour and a half IRL time. 

At this point SSA come out guns pointing, go back in, are ordered to put an end to this "Riot" as you called it basically, and luvbunny tried to intervent and was Shot, and demoted. He lived through his injuries as paramedics rushed to his aid and continued the RP as it was. Hence the job title. I left the server as the citizens started arming themselves as the roleplay had soured due to massive FailRP on kurdayeti's side in my opinion. The rest apparently turned to take over at that point cause the "president" would not see reason. And thats where this raid comes in.

I spawned right in townhall (revived) where things started to happen immidiatly (SSA attempting to arrest me while being around people, everyone gathered around.)

How would it be realistic in any way to switch my job to despawn mid roleplay?

This raid kicked off rapidly. I'm sorry that i disregard jobtitles at the time but the rp was going on and action started.

It does not matter, /job <text> would take you seconds to do and especially when you were in the elevator coming up. You had the time to gear up, but not write the /job <text> which would take you seconds? There is a violation of FailRP and 12.1 Raid Rules; very clearly. Evidence has been stated in my player report, which is enough to show that you violated the rules.

I valued the ongoing RP higher then changing my jobtitle for shady reasons. In all honesty i fail so see the issue here. Would it have any impact on anything, or changed the fact that the entire strike and then raid was caused by the ignorance and aggression of (Dictator) Kurda?

@luvbunny Straight after the shootout, I evacuated to the presidential floor with the president and never attempted to arrest you. I also believe that I was the only SS on duty at the time so it shouldn’t have been someone else.

I can neither remember that I tried to stop the riot in any way. I tried to focus all my time on keeping the president safe and would not risk the time it takes to arrest someone.

I can clarify that this is true as I was the President at that time, the SS did not attempt to arrest you @"Luvbunny" as his priority was the President's safety which you endangered severely.

Luvbunny had the opportunity to arm up, and the opportunity to change job title.

Sure things might have felt rushed in the heat of the moment but it's important to state what you are intending to do as a job.

Raid rules

12.1 - You need a valid reason to raid the President (or anyone else). Do not raid the president for money, because of high taxes, because you don’t like certain laws (unless they drastically impact your character), or as retaliation for being arrested by the police due to your own actions. Before raiding the president, you need to show that you have attempted and exhausted the possibility of a peaceful resolution. You need to have an appropriate underground job set via /job before raiding anyone – don’t raid as the default “Citizen” job without using /job first. 

Therefore, even in the heat of the moment you need to consider your actions aligning with your job title, especially since you had time to arm up, you had time to change the job title.

Due to that, and the lack of priors the player will receive a permanent warning for raiding without a set job, resulting in the breach of rule 12.1
