Not exactly making me want to review the case when you make thread's such as this, without template, asking me to read my PM's. No. You know courthouse procedure, and you know that your prior case has been denied. You can wait for the cooldown to expire and then re-appeal if you wish, but until then you're only lengthening the amount of time you have to wait.
