Explain your suggestion, in detail:

Add a way for Police Officers to check all Active BOLO's/Warrants through their Police Database.
This overview would tell them every BOLO or Warrant currently out for Someones Arrest/Search etc. 

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:

This way you don't solely Rely on your ANPR when you wanna do an investigation, it is an extra mechanic which adds a slight amount of extra realism which can enhance Investigation/Detective RPs a bit more.

You could add a board model in the PD and when you use it, a menu pops up with all of the active warrants. Also allow it to be filtered: Search, Arrest, BOLO.
