Summary: So in the first Incident of the accused, We got a 911 from @
Rydolph that the Player had assaulted him and he was now locked inside the Store. When I got to 190, I see the accused Prop Blocking the door of 190 Main Street therefore preventing Officers to enter and that was then followed by a R/C to the Server.
In the second Incident we got a call about a man possibly stealing vehicles so when I got to the Scene, I see the accused running out of PD and then when I aim my taser at the accused and command him to stay still, The accused refuses to comply despite him being under FearRP and then proceeds to R/C to the server yet again.
Both of these Incidents combined violates rules -
6.1 - Props are meant for building and for enhancing roleplay. Using props for other purposes may be considered abuse.
1.3 - Do not reconnect, suicide, change job or do anything else to avoid a roleplay situation.
2.1 - You are considered to be under FearRP when you are in line of sight of a visibly armed person, who is within microphone range of you and is able to harm your character at that moment. You must act afraid of armed people and life-threatening situations. You must follow the orders of the person(s) who have you under FearRP.
I'd just like to add that this User only has an hour or two on the Server and personally, I don't think he has any Intention to RP.
