Summary: Right so i was driving at some speed as there was a player getting away in a tesla and the cops though i was driving like crazy so i carried on driving when these 2 cops were following me bearing in mind im the Chief not long after that i get shot dead out of my car so then i respawn starting my new life my new career and then suddenly Alfie then comes up to me shouting get on the ground get on the ground so i listen to his orders while telling me that he cant remember my previous life and that he is breaking the rules but he doesnt listen and carrys on putting me in the holding room ect

After speaking to the accused ingame, the situation arose as a miscommunication of the rules. The accused believed that NLR only applied on their own death, as opposed to yours. This has been communicated to him, and I believe that a permanent warning on record will suffice for this.
