Why should you be unbanned?:  because first i got killed by my secret service agent then he tried to kill me again in the office where i was killed and i got NLR. Then i ended up killing him because i defended myself and i arrested him however his friend unhandcuffed him and let him free and thats how all the things started. I think i should be getting unbanned because i didnt start stuff and i got witnesses who was the vice-president aspire.

So because you didn't start stuff and instead retaliated, which is arguably worse, you should be unbanned?

I'm not really buying it. I saw what you did, and you even went around swearing at the unconscious corpses you then executed.

well clearly i cant do anything when there is no admins on and i cant just get myself killed? i didnt start anything and i was the victim, the guy who started it probs didnt get banned

You can just get yourself killed, it's just you chose not to by retaliating. You made yourself more than the victim than retaliating to them and engaging, rather than what other players did which was call me online to handle the situation. The whole "admins don't respond fast enough even when called directly" isn't an excuse either, because when I received the message informing me about you, I responded within 8 minutes to get online and ban those who I saw breaking rules, you being one of them.

I appreciate you don't have me on Steam or Discord, but you could have taken a couple of screenshots or recorded a couple of seconds to post as a PR. Perhaps if you had done that, I would have had enough evidence against the guy to ban him as well.

As @WZSteve went up to the president's office to, I guess, have a meeting or do an update on what's happening on the ground, it took him a bit too long to return back. I went in the area of Town Hall in case something had happened and heard handcuffs clicking up (or something alike) which made me feel like he might have been in trouble upstairs.

Once I got upstairs, I witnessed you and another secret service agent playing around together in the main part of the presidential floor that eventually lead into all three of you guys to go on for a solid 10-15 (maybe even longer) minutes of shooting each other with guns, tasers, I believe even flares, constant screaming through your microphone and entirely unproportionate swearing ''in-character''.

During the small amount of time that I was upstairs, I personally witnessed you as the instigator of the incident. I was told to leave by the President shortly after I saw the problems you were causing grew bigger (I am guessing because both the president and vice-president didn't mind it at all, since none of you got demoted) and I listened to it as I didn't want to be part of it in any way.

I do not know if any words were exchanged between you three before I got upstairs, but what I do know is that all five of you were 'working together' as anarchists before all moving over to secret service (along with the president and vice-president) to then continue the troubles there.

Whatever it was you had to ''retaliate'' at, I feel like it was for banter (as I have heard third-party software in the background of your companions) rather than an actual situation between all of you. It's an assumption, but I am guessing you felt like you had a free card to shoot up Town Hall (and whoever was in it) because of the low population and no staff being present.

That's my input, but maybe WZSteve has something to add too as he was upstairs before I got upstairs and this is only what I have witnessed of your and your friends' actions that night.

So as @Wesley Lawrence stated, I was requested by the President to respond to town hall asap. Upon arrival, I entered the lobby and called the elevator. Once on the executive floor, I was greeted by two separate service members, the president, and the vice president. They escorted me under gunpoint to the president's office and forced me to watch as they assaulted, shot and tased each other. They also made me lick and eat items off the floor, perform sexual acts at gunpoint, and "Ride" a penis made out of props.

All of this was done out of fear for my life as they had me at gunpoint. After about 10-15 minutes I was able to sneak out of the area and evacuate myself back down to the sidewalk outside where I met up with Wesley.

If what you say is true, you are still just as bad as them for retaliating instead of attempting to call on a staff member like the others. It's no one else's fault but your own that you didn't do this, thus the punishment will stand as issued.
