For those who do not know, Rockford is haunted by a ghost known solely as the Rockford Reaper. While his history with the community currently residing within Rockford is mixed he is here to stay due to the decent following he has. I was able to find out some history and figured I would post here so everyone knows.

1. While he may on occasion wield a knife he doesn't mean this as a threat but solely as a way to cause fear or indicate something. (Unkown what it means). 

2. He appears to have been connected to the government at one time or another (job unknown) and currently has a distaste with the current standing of some things in the city.

3. According to some radio traffic recently he made what was believed to be a bomb within the police department that after it was seen he immediately made disappear. 

4. There are individuals within the city who are aware of ways to contact the Reaper and there may also be a possible cult in the district that has been able to contact the Reaper readily and even see him for longer than a few seconds.

Hope this helps with future actions between the citizens and the Reaper. While his name may strike fear in some it is only a nickname given being his actions and wishes are so unknown yet he tends to navigate towards events of or causing harm. Please feel free to reach out to those around you who may have other information about him as this is only from my few observations of him. Apparently it is possible to speak with him on occasion but I'm not going to be the first to start that crazy stuff.
