Summary: The person in question changed to 'Police officer' went to the jails and unarrested everyone in the jails (probably some of his friends). When we (SWAT) and other officer arrived in the jails only a couple of seconds after the last unarrest all the people where still there exept for the officer, who then was a anarchist so changed job after unarresting them.
Evidence: Him unarresting 4 people.
