Summary: Basically this cop goes ahead and arrest's me for self defense even the chef that saw it said to the cop it was self defense and STEAM_0:1:42682118 just said 'So?'

Can't see anything wrong with the arrest as there was a reason.

It might be self-defense but in real life you still get charged if the person died although when self-defense it can be a lower sentence. 

Arrests are in-character and this doesn't seem random.
