Summary: I was fishing and Uganda died in front of me so I took the AK from his corpse (his friend Connor didn't even acknowledge his death). Then Uganda kept asking me for his AK back after he had died (breaking NLR). A few minutes after, Connor started radioing in to someone (talking to Uganda I assume), where he then asked if I had an AK to which I replied no. He then took out a gun and killed me without warning as a Citizen (failrp/rdm). If it was Uganda that he was talking to (please check logs because idk), then I think that's additional NLR.

After I died, Uganda continued to message me asking for the AK back and then stole my car as a BMD (further failrp), when he had no chopshop, and continued to harrass me in PMs without having any intention of giving my car back.

^ Connor Rowden only changed his job about 10-20 minutes after the incident, at the time that the incident occured, he was a Citizen which can be seen in the video at 2:50.

Connor will receive a 5-hour weapons blacklist for RDM and invalid job title to do such actions.

Uganda will receive a 3-hour NLR blacklist, and additionally a 3-hour weapons blacklist because of him breaking NLR and asking his friend to kill you to bypass it.
