Hello Everyone, looking to purchase a Base/dupe a decent one, no public no mainstream ones, gonna pay a decent amount of money 200-210 props is kinda the limit would be looking for us54/us64 bridge area, feel free to contact me in game or leave a comment, this is a criminal focused rp base, so contra spots hidden areas that sorta stuff will be much appreciated and will increase our prices, we will pay on view of the dupe since a fixed price would be unfair if someone has an exceptional dupe, we will pay for the time effort and consideration you have put into the dupe.

A Few ideas of what we want
Secretive areas
Defenses
Allocated spots for cars, contra and the like
And good decoration to make it not easier to rp
And a good location above it says us64/us54 bridge that was what we decided but anywhere eg beachouse whitehouse somewhere on the outskirts away from PD and main rockford
