Am I allowed to break NLR if I died from a prop glitch or something OOC and not related to IC, without asking an admin or mod for approvel?  If there is no admin or mod on the server?

If not, then:

Am I allowed to break NLR if I died from a prop or something OOC and not related to IC, with also having video/picture evidence of me dying from this prop or glitch to provide to staff if requested/asked.

As a former admin I know how the logs work and I know that its easy to find how someone died, so surely it should be allowed if I was to die from a prop to return to my last death location without the need of any permissions?

No and no. Only allowed to do so when you have been given permission

Yeah, if I recall correctly, you always require administrative permission to break or void NLR before doing so; regardless of the way you died.

You always need staff permission to break NLR, they'll take a look into what made you die if you report it.
