Disallow storing and changing plate of vehicle when in pursuit

Explain your suggestion, in detail:
My suggestion is basically that we should implement something that prevents people from storing their vehicles or changing their license plate when they have been flagged as in pursuit by a police officer sometimes during the last 5-10 minutes .

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
It is not uncommon that vehicles just go * poof * when they are in a pursuit. This would prevent that from happening and would give criminals less ways to get away with their actions. Therefore also possibly reducing the crime rate slightly.

But what if I as a criminal want to park my car in the garage and get another car out? I think you should be able to swap cars but not just store it.

It's not a serious server though, it's semi-serious so not everything needs to be 100% realistic. Irl it does not take long to change a plate, neither does it in-game.

What i say is thy need to get out of the car atleast to change it

+Support also as Soviet said, it’s powergaming for a criminal to de spawn their vehicle run round the block and spawn a new one. Can’t find the exact case but Safira blacklisted someone for doing this a while back

Changing out cars mid pursuit wouldn't make any sense since it just disapears to nowhere. But changing plates isnt a difficult task at all and is something you hear often happening where im from. But as monty suggested, maybe add a system of fake plates to place on cars that are marked stolen and that are your own for get a ways and proper chop shop rps that dont want to get crushed by the police seeing an obviously stolen car for sale. +/- support
